Process: First Adobe capture was used to take picture of a wooden desktop using the shapes feature which vectorized the woodgrain in black. This was stored in the CC Library. In Adobe Illustrator, a rectangle with the background color was drawn, then the texture retrieved from the library and assigned a darker color. The first picture was the result.

For the water on glass look I worked from a photograph which was brought into Adobe illustrator and vectorized with Image Trace using sketch art setting. I then drew a rectangle for the background, then made 3 copies of the vectorized raindrops. The base raindrops are used as the shadow in a darker color, the second was a white background for the top gradient grey layer.

I hope to incorporate this elements for a future project.
