Hey there! We have an established YouTube channel where we publish "talking head" style videos related to the app development and entrepreneurial space. We currently design our own video thumbnails, but are looking for someone to take over that task for us.

Our goals are to:

1. Save time by no longer having to design our own thumbnails
2. Improve our CTR rate

I'm looking for someone who can consider the video title, description, and content, then come up with a great thumbnail using those details (vs me suggesting what the design should look like).

We'll start with one thumbnail to see how things go, but I'm looking for someone to create 2 thumbnails per week after that. One thumbnail would be for a regular talking-head style video, and one thumbnail would be for a technical "how-to" tutorial teaching app development techniques.

I've attached examples of the type of style we like, and I'd love to see examples of your own work that aligns with them.
