Notan practice (and a quick gouache sketch based on a notan)

I've tried some landscape painting tutorials before but could never get the composition and the contrast right - until I came across this course and discovered notans. For a complete beginner like me, they're absolutely eye-opening.
I've turned two notans into A5 gouache sketches (one of them is the cover image for this project) and I feel that using notans has helped me make INSTANT progress. Using a notan and starting with those dark mass shapes helps me paint much looser and with more confidence - a massive improvement compared to the cramped anxiety-filled paintings I'd typically end up with.
BTW here are some notans I've made (I've drawn about 20 of them so far, just showing you a random page).
