Each new painting is  a joy Carmen. Love this little bird with his head popping out of the nest. So real. The nest and the branches are fantastic.

Thank you Jennifer, try it. You can have fun with the nest. At least the masking fluid worked, I had left it on overnight and was not sure how it would react on this painting. I also like how I got the marks all crazy as I used a rubber tip tool to make the marks instead of a brush. I know you did not ask for all that info!Happy Easter.

Beautiful painting, Carmen. That nest is amazing in it's detail. Your sweet alert little bird is very realistic her eye and the color of her feathers are so pretty.

This is so gooddd Carmen, I love this painting. Those white lines in the nest is white gouache?

Thank you Hafzia. The white lines are from applying masking fluid in random marks before you start painting.
