My new Trello structure

I already worked with Trello (but without a good structure). This course helped me get inspired to take it seriously.

I ll share my new structure, cause I know now that it works (for me)

I made a bookmark folder with all my Trello bords - So i can easly open every bord I need that day.

My first board is my main one (overzicht = overview) - there I made list of every 'area' in my live.
A list private / work / business / my volenteerwork / list busy and done.
This is to see the big picture of what I m doing/needs to get done.

I now work with standards list for every board I make for a client and I share them with them now too. The structure of the lists is always:
Brainstorm ideas  /  To do  / In progress / Review client / done
For clients with diffrent projects I make a To do list for every project they have for me in the same board.  (The review client is a tip I got from this course, I told my cllients they can just check that list). Using the same structure does make everything much easier.

My own project boards are more a brainstorm/collecting everything together

I really like the labbeling and deadlines you can put on the cards. You can see immidiatly what needs your attention.

For the labels, I only use

no label - this card is just put in there - but needs some attention/plan/deadline..
green - not urgent
Yellow - little more urgent, but still ok ;)
Red - concentrate on these!

Thanks for all the tips!
