Yesss, I did it!! I put my fears beside and went outside with my sketchbook and art supplies. I am so glad I did it. I met people, but everyone gave me a smile. So, I will do it again. It was so much fun.

I went to a lovely place, the Homberger Castle. The castle was privately owned until a few years ago. Today it belongs to the town and is run by an assosiation "Die Schloßpatrioten". Art exhibitions and concerts take place there. The citicens have created a castle garden, run a cafe on Sundays, the yoga group practices in summer there and in the future there will also be a castle painting group. ;-) A really great meeting place.
