Thank you, Colo, for this wonderful recipe-tutorial! I always wanted to learn how to make spanish tortillas! 

I'm pretty bad at the kitchen, so I didn't attempt any "novelties" with your recipe.

And I didn't have a big enough frying pan, so I used a wok.

I'm afraid I went a bit too far with the olive oil...

... but it turned out delicious nonetheless!
