This was roughly the plan I had for one Thursday a couple of months ago (filming turned out to be in an entirely separate season from the editing and posting stage).

I used my chisel marker for the title and prominent arrows, a round-tip marker and pen for drawing my illustrations, and a yellow color pencil for adding a pop color.

 

I've included dozens of .png files containing arrows and bubble shapes you can use to create your own visual schedule if you want to go the digital route. 

 

Either way, I encourage you to upload your visual schedule here, whether you think it's 'finished' or not.
