Here's a copy of my own Origin Story for inspiration!

HOOK:

15 years ago, I was lying in a hospital bed, unable to sit up on my own.

I’d just had life-changing spinal fusion surgery for severe scoliosis, an 11-hour operation that left my spine held together with titanium rods and screws.

 

HEART: 
Recovery took literal years. I had to relearn the basics, like how to sit up, shower, and walk up the stairs.
But somewhere in all that pain and rebuilding… something shifted.
I found a quiet determination to make the most of my body, my health, and my life.

Since then, I’ve:
🏃‍♀️ Run two marathons, countless half marathons & 100+ parkruns
🌍 Climbed mountains, trekked to Machu Picchu & the Great Wall of China
🎓 Earned a Master’s degree
💛 Started my own business to help others share their stories too

 

HUMAN: 
This journey taught me that your story, even the hardest parts, doesn’t have to hold you back. It can be the very thing that drives you forward.
