My Creative Summer 🌴 Blueprint

I really enjoyed this class!! Perfect for the summertime slump I always seem to face this time of year. Going through the exercises helped me feel so much less scattered and overwhelmed, and gave me a clearer sense of what I'm actually building toward. I also added some covers I made with Canva, just for fun! 🩷

My Identity-Based Outcome: I am becoming a person who paints daily + creates watercolor goods. This one runs deep for me. Painting used to be a huge part of my identity, and for a long time I felt like a "failed artist" because I never made it work financially. I'm reclaiming that identity brick by brick. Success or not, I have a painter's soul, and the part of me that finds joy in painting can't fail.

My #1 Roadblock + Coexistence Strategy: Visibility is my big one. I want to feel confident selling my work, but not have it feel so tied to my personal identity. Playing small has been my way of protecting myself. My strategy: building a separate brand for my art so it can be visible and out in the world while I just focus on creating. This week's small step is setting up my workspace and supplies to start experimenting.

My 90-Day Goal: By October 5, 2026, I'll have a set of 10 paintings ready for print-on-demand.
