Wow I had a wonderful time painting this giraffe. When visiting Kenya I got to hand feed giraffe's and they are such a magnificent animal.  I can't believe that one year ago I painted a giraffe on cheap paper with cheap paints (I had just started my watercolour journey) and today following your guidance I was able to acheive this painting.  Thank you for being such a fabulous mentor in my journey.  Below I have posted my old painting vs the new one hahahaha it's such a funny comparison.  I hadn't found Skillshare at that point and was struggling with everything about watercolour.  Paper and paints ofcourse play their part but your style of painting is by far a winner for me.

DS paints used YL Ochre, Burnt Umber, Tiger's Eye, Mayan DK Blue, Lavender, Buff Titanium, Sepia on Baohong CP 200g/m paper
