VISION

***Where do you see yourself in the long-term future?

In my own small home with a well-trained dog. I work for myself online and am self-sufficient. I am a respected member of several groups dedicated to topics I am interested in.

***How do you want to be seen by others that are important to you?

I want others to see me as wise and knowledgeable, but still down to earth. I want them to know I am comfortable being who I am.

***How do you see yourself?

I see myself as well read, healthy, level-headed, self-confident and creative.

MISSION

***What parts of your life are more important?

My spirituality, health, continued learning, and ability to create.

***What will you NOT sacrifice? What is off the table?

I will not sacrifice my wellbeing for the comfort of others. I will not be pushed into actions just to fit someone's ideal version of me.

Narcolepsy, holding myself to an impossible standard, shutting down when I get too stressed

lack of funds, inability to drive an hour and a half to get to people who could help me grow, unable to commit to anything requiring a steady internet speed, living with a stressful person

SMART Goals

I will have an action plan to repay my debts by 12-11-18

-Go through all ignored mail and sort out everything. 11/30/18

-List all debts in increasing order. 11/30/18

-make a budget to pay debt and build emergency savings 11/30/18

I will complete the first level of Nerd Fitness Academy and finish the boss battle by 12/14/18

-Do a level one workout every other day 12/11/18

-Challenge the level one boss 12/14/18

I will meditate for 30 minutes a day for two weeks. 12/11/18

I will establish a meal plan and do a week's meal prep. 12/7/18

-research what changes need to be made in the next 2 weeks 11/30/18

-make sample menu and shopping list 12/6/18
