Hello! My name is Aaron. I'm 40 and looking to learn knife smithing. There are many things that are motivating me to persue this class. One main reason is to find a creative outlet. I have tried many things before but fell short due to not having the equipment to do the projects I wanted. I have some woodworking tools to help compliment knife making. I have always been enamered by the smiths in video games and movies. I have a few ideas on what type of knives I would like to make, ranging from fantasy to functional.  Also, the physical aspect is something I am looking forward to. I need something to keep me moving.
