A week ago I got a wild hair and decided I wanted to try to learn to paint. I was new to Skillshare so I sought out acrylic classes and came upon yours (after bailing on two others; too artsy- craftsy). I ordered the starter supplies you recommended then jumped into your lessons when they arrived Monday.  I did color wheels and value guides for all my various primary colors over the last couple days and tonight I worked on the value study project. Very valuable practice. Not only was this an important lesson about color value, it was also a confidence builder because the monochromatic nature of the exercise was very forgiving.
