Monica's 168 Hours Per Week
I'm not keen on using Excel sheets (they give headaches) but I took the challenge. This is the way I spend my days/weeks. Some activities overlap. For example: I drive around 8 hours a week but I also listen audiobooks while driving. That means that I drive 8 hours/week and listen to audioooks 8 hours/week but both activities add up to 8 hours in total, not 16 hours. I found this spreadsheet very helpful. Will keep playing with the numbers to ALLOCATE my 168 weekly hours better. Thank you very much.

I have to say that I don't like to realise I have some time wasters 2h per day, 14h per week and 62h per month. They're my ''relaxing time''. I do study online 5 hours each day, work on my business 12-15 hours per week, and listen to audiobooks 7-15 hours per week.
THANK YOU for this time management tool, it's been fun and very useful!.
