I like the 1st picture. We waited until golden hr and I feel like everything is lined up nicely. I also like that it kinda tells a story about how he lives his life. You can almost guess the kinda person he might be.

 

The second picture was taken at high noon and the shadows are rough to say the least. I should have waited until later in the day or used some kind of reflector to get some light on their faces.
