Mapping Life

My story of the map is about healing from a burn-out.

Losing yourself, ignoring the fact that something is wrong, your body that give you all the signals but you keep going until your body stops. You face the fact that you need help and it is not possible to do it yourself, and fix everything. You have to stop doing what you are doing and give your mind, soul and body the rest that they deserve. After a while you can face the challenges and start working on being better, there is always a reason why we were burned out in the first place. and all the feelings and voices are so loud that you really need to listen to them to be better. With small steps you can learn aigain how to take care of yourself, to feel more energized, to find some activities that makes you happy. You learn to love yourself again and to be proud of the person you became, and still working on it. Look back to your progress and be proud.

It was a really fun way of using my healing in my creativity.
