Finished OLD MAPLE TREE.  Fun to paint.  I did cheat and used some opaque white to add more light to my tree as I got pretty dark and lost my lights. Still working on that issue and it happens all the time. I like that it was a fast painting and I still probably worked it more than I should have, but with more practice I will get better. Thank you for pointing out to put that color down in one motion when we were working the ground especially. 

 

This is the pen and ink so far. Next step is painting!  100% cotton paper. Will add more pen shading/marks but want to get some color in first.
