I tried making a smaller version off the measurements in the class notes. For a first attempt it works but this is definitely something that I should have tried making to the specifications listed to make it easier to follow. I also made some unnecessary cuts on the side flaps, cut both to 45degrees instead of leaving one at 90. I also used some scrap map endpapers to cover with and some of them ended upside down. My kid didn't seem to mind and hopefully she will get some use out of the portfolio to carry around her art pages.
