I thought this was just the most soothing class ever. Caitlin, thank you! You make it seem so easy - your style is so wonderful. Landscapes are NOT easy, in my experience, but because of your very practical and very gorgeous lessons and videos, I actually got excited about painting this landscape! That is not a normal thing for me! So thank you, and I now look forward to creating more of these!

This is a scene taken from one of my photos back in the early 2000’s - my friend and I used to road trip around the province and beyond. We always wound up in the mountains most times, and Canmore and Kananaskis are really wonderful spots for some hiking, biking, and taking in the fresh mountain air.
I feel I may have been fumbling a bit with this France landscape, but I still enjoyed it immensely. It was a treat to do this alongside such a great teacher and artist!
