My main listening challenges in English are speed and accent, with accent being the hardest.

I find it difficult to understand different accents because pronunciation can vary a lot, which sometimes makes it hard to catch key words. Fast speech also makes it harder to follow everything clearly.

To improve, I try to listen to different English speakers and practice regularly with real conversations.
