Excel for the Real World: Gain the Basic Skills of Microsoft Excel

I used a card game that I have been playing since the mid nineties.  As a card collector this is an awesome collection, and I wish it were mine.  I was able to use a current card set that is available online.  I applied filters and sort this set using the premade buttons that are built into Excel 2016 for Windows.  I applied colors that match the base color of the card.  I then filtered by card type and sorted according to the class.  I enjoy the fact that if I had used this for my actual collection, I would know exactly how many cards I have.  I think I will do that in fact as soon as I get the chance.  I forgot to change the Hard coded numbers to so I added that as the last picture.  This will help me so much in my family business to keep up with numbers and figures that we are having a hard time recording.

Hi Sebastian, I was a Magic the Gathering player myself! Although I haven't touched a deck in a while. Glad to know these Excel skills will help you with classifying your cards, and more importantly, with your family business.

Great use of the filters Sebastian! As a fellow (retired) Magic player, it's cool to see the total Power and Toughness of your deck (or at least of this hypothetical deck). Also good to know exactly how many cards you have in then deck as shown in Column L!

I really like how you color-coded column F so that you can easily distinguish what type of color the given card is. 

You used the CONCATENATE function in I38 but a SUM formula would have been just fine here since you are simply adding numbers. The CONCATENATE function is typically used for joining text together.

I was in a bit of a hurry to turn in my assignment.  I will review concatenate again. I was still unsure of how to use it in this list. Thank you for your feedback.
