Like Amber, I find it challenging to see things in my head. That being said, this was my first time listening to someone and just doing what I felt... kinda like yoga. So thank you for pushing me to relax. Also, I never fully understood the 100% cotton, but I gave in. In the cover photo of the wheat grass, the one on the left is 100% cotton (Arches) and the right is regular watercolor paper (Canson XL). I feel like I can never go back with how much easier it was to paint on the Arches paper.
