Looping Logos

Looping Logos - student project

These are two things I created for Exercise 1:

After that I experimented with different logo concepts and arrived at one that is fun, because it turns my first name into an image of a designer working at a computer. These are my sketches and iterations:

I tried using my full name and tucking in letters and such. The result was . . .  . . .  I think the word is "interesting."

I made a stacked logo of my full name, which I was able to do only because I finally caved in and made it four tiers:

I made this logo from my first name for my day job as English 101 instructor:

I made this logo for my "designer job." I used the technique Chris taught of tracing over the letters, layer by layer, except that I started with "G" and then traced a new letter (adding it on) in every layer.
