Pensamiento visual: cómo crear notas bocetadas para capturar y sintetizar contenido

<p>These are AMAZING Amber! Would you mind sharing a little about your approach and past experience with sketchnoting/illustration? I (and I'm sure other students) would love to know if you have any personal tips and tricks to share. </p>

Yeah! Absolutely :) I am a Production Artist for a company called The Sketch Effect, based in Atlanta, GA. I am new to the sketchnote/graphic recording game, so I took this Skillshare course to pick up some tips and tricks. 

I practice, practice, practice! I listen to a lot TedTalks and Online church group videos via YouTube (Andy Stanley is VERY organized with his talks). 

While listening to a talk I will do single stroke type for the main content (to be "beefed" up later), pencil in the words that I want to make cursive, and save space for the bigger drawings. When it's all said and done I spend maybe 30 minuets "fine tuning" it. 

It's really about finding a visual language and understanding the hierarchy of information. I can't stress practice enough. My first try was a few months ago and it ended up being a page of tears and ink. :/ 

I really enjoyed this course. The iPad PRO is AMAZEBALLS. I am seriously trying to get my Boss to invest in one for the office so I can get my grubby hands on it. Thanks for the tutorial for that AND for the break down of TedTalks. It really helps to be able to see someone regurgitate the information visually. You are really adept at capturing the "BIG ideas".

Thanks so much for sharing! It really is amazing how much you can progress with practice. Good luck with iPad Pro! They are coming out with a cheaper model so maybe you'll have a better case :)
