Thanks, LaurieAnne, for creating this class. I have been wanting to work on landscapes for a while. They can be tricky -- so much visual information! Eeeekkk!

The limited palette approach is a good place to start. I used the three colors you recommended and then added some mixed media bits with oil crayon. Did it work? I think so, because I did not spend hours overthinking color and composition. It's a small painting, too, about 6x6.
