Lighthouse Seascape

Here's another Class Project from one of my classes in my Acrylic Painting Series...

The class is called Acrylic Painting: Lighthouse Seascape where I demonstrate how to paint a 'study' with acrylics from a reference photo of Heceta Head Lighthouse, located in Yachats, Oregon - USA.

I'll demonstrate each step lesson by lesson and you're welcome to paint along with me during the lessons or you can watch through and paint later.

A 'study' is basically a practice piece, however, I've designed this study to not only help you learn how to paint a seascape, but also to be a lovely stand-alone art piece to display in your home, give as a gift or use for artwork on a greeting card, calendar, etc.

Submit Your Class Project

Once you've viewed all the lessons and finished your painting, snap a photo of it and upload it under the Projects and Resources Tab, where you'll click the blue Submit Project button to the right. Once your project is uploaded, I'll be able to see what you've done, as will everyone who takes this course.

There you can write about your project, ask questions, post additional photos and give feedback on others' projects. It's a valuable learning resource and it makes the learning process even more fun! I personally love being able to interact with other artists with this feature, meeting and  encouraging each other as we build our skills.

I'm looking forward to meeting you and getting to know you through your art!

See you in class,

Brigitte
