After listening to Dawn describe a situation where a person chose words to fit going off to a particular situation, I was getting ready to go to a medical appointment. Like so many in the USA at the moment health care has been frustrating. I've chose the words ltransformative, presernt and neutral. Thinking these were good enough words, I re-thought my choices. I was going into a nexus of healthcare frustrations, and I could choose stronger words. I needed more powerful words even though I wanted to be neutral and present without judgment.

I kept transformative since I want to be capable of transformation. I then chose:

• BOLD

and

• LOVELY

I determined to speak these words to carry with me I knew I needed to be bold enough to stand up for myself and I wanted whomever to see me lovely enough as a whole person to regard me as such.
