Well, my earrings just use regular beads, not lampwork, but the idea is the same.  On the left is the oval pair, though they do not look very oval!  I used peach moonstone and copper reticulated quartz to hang below.  The right pair uses the round jump rings with turquoise imperial jasper for the beads. I used copper wire to make the large hoops.
