Implementing Emotional Intelligence.

With the El matrix I can say I am calm and cool headed but my weaknesses are that I'm easily tired of pursuing a goal especially if I don't see results early and the second is that I cry whenever someone shouts at me, it gets me so emotional.
Based on my self-assessment, here are two areas to improve my weakness with emotional intelligence.
1. Staying Motivated Despite Challenges:Set Small, Achievable Goals: Break your larger goals into smaller, more manageable tasks. This way, you can celebrate small wins and stay motivated.
2. Practice Mindfulness and Reflection: Take time to reflect on your progress and understand what might be causing the lack of motivation. Mindfulness practices can help you stay focused and resilient.
Managing Emotional Reactions to Criticism:
• Develop Coping Mechanisms: Learn and practice techniques like deep breathing, counting to ten, or taking a brief walk to manage your immediate emotional reactions.
• Seek Constructive Feedback: Encourage a feedback culture where you ask for constructive criticism regularly. This can help you build resilience and see criticism as a tool for growth rather than a personal attack.
