Identify drive

Identify drive - student project

My drive is to connect with complex-trauma (CPTSD) survivors. I am steadily walking a path of healing. Since 2008 I have: Invested time and money; Lost relationships and a career; Navigated SSDI and the Medicare program; Learned the pitfalls of psychotherapy, and more. Yes! Worth the struggle. Would have been much easier with someone as a source of inspiration and experience. I will be a light along the path of another’s trauma recovery.

Writing, storytelling, connection, and artmaking are my strengths. I will combine these tools to capture an audience and communicate my message online. It will be a lifestyle blog of my current healing journey, experiences/lessons, resources, quizzes, and coping strategies.

My drive will give focus and purpose to my life/habits. I will engage in research and build relationships with experts in the field to ensure new ideas and fresh content. The structure of working with a content calendar will ensure consistent delivery of my message. My desire to share my current experience will hold me accountable to do the things that promote my healing: meditation, painting, exercise, journaling.
