I sleep better now

I sleep better now - image 1 - student project

I am very grateful that I don't have to combine my bedroom with my workspace, which I initially had to. This shift helped a lot! I now love my bedroom for rest for many reasons. I now have 3 main colours, cream white, grey and blue in the room and this give me less visual clutter. I realise not having bedside tables works great for me as I used to have a very bad habit to scroll my hp on the bed and even placed it on my bed which I always end up sleeping very late. I got a very narrow table which i find it is actually better that I have to walk up to place my hp. I also realise that since the room is not big, it becomes a plus point as it has this feeling of wrapping you for a better rest. I also replaced my green curtains to a grey black-out curtains. It works really well. I really can feel my quality of sleep better. Currently I am satisfied with it. Just that I may need to tidy up my surface area or figure out how to consistently keep my room clutter free. At least making up my mind that my bedroom only contains rest, some reflection journal, my warode and yoga gear (basically no work) does help to draw the boundary and allow me to enter into my bedroom to switch off my work.
