Defer judgment, quantity over quality because one come with the other. 

Alow you to express yourself, without pressure of any kind, without expectation. 

Funny, cause I knew that judgment was ennemy number one in educational, cultural and social work. I can apply this with public i work with or with my children... But forgot to apply this on me  in creative activity... Thank you for that big reminder!!
