This is a great class, since in art school these lessons were run through quickly and I did not put in the practice time I realize now was essential. Thank you, Tamas, for walking me through this slowly, methodically, and carefully this time. I learned a lot!!! 

I don't have a printer so I winged it with making grids. And starting over and over. Much erasing but learning throughout the process.

Sometimes I had trouble following what you were doing, and I just did it until it looked right. My mind became gridlocked! Also, I got too frustrated with trying to make my sketching guidlines work that I ended up using a ruler. I hope that wasn't cheating. It sure helped my attitude and the drawings. :-)

I didn't get to practicing the coffee cup or the letter "P" or something around my house here. I might try something in my home later to see how this stays with me.
