The arm movements in the water feel like the way water moves, and the way light dances on the surface. The island has a nice combination of arm and finger movements. The arc of the sun is excellent!The drawing also feels like it was developed cohesively, with all elements emerging together, sharing in the same light, breeze and time of day.You are also expressing yourself from having absorbed Hilo Bay. The flag has both the weight of the fabric and strength of the breeze moving in harmony. The gulls feel like the way gulls move; the angle of the flight, the arc of the wing and the movement of the wingtips. It’s wonderful and transports me to my own memories on the water.
