PROGRAM YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS

 

  1. Let your subconscious know what you want
  2. Start always with a WHY
  3. Speak in subconscious language ( Emotions, pictures, senses )

 

USE THE DOPAMINE DRIP

 

  1. Take one tiny action toward your goal
  2. If your subconscious know it’s important
  3. One small action will snowball into another one
  4. The pomodoro Technique

 

OVERCOME THE UNKNOWN WITH NEW SKILLS

 

  1. If you don’t know where to start, learn how!
  2. Ask an expert.
  3. find an expert online: Skillshare, books, courses……

 

TAKE A BREAK

 

Just walk away and take a break

run, shower, meditate, friends…..just relax.
