Please excuse my messy background.

Made the Guava Vinaigrette with actual Guava and Rose Apples. I substitute the lime for aged vinegar and cilantro for mint. Wished I would de-seed the guava first before blending cause now I got guava seed chips in the sauce.

 

Now I don't know what to dip this in... I don't eat salad and I tried eating this with roti and it doesn't work..
