First ever quilt! Went for a baby quilt size to test my skills and super happy with how it came out. Used all secondhand materials found at local thrift stores (apart from wadding).

When creating this block I was looking for something I'd have enough fabric off to do a two toned block as I wanted to keep it quite simple. These are the fabrics that made the cut.

Green blocks - batik fabric
White blocks - Calico
Backing- Quilting fabric
Bias strip - Calico
