So glad you got it all figured with the video issues Ron.  I had to laugh as I was thinking maybe I was bringing bad luck, the parrot class I was working on before your class also crashed and hasn’t come back yet.  

I think I was working on lesson 11 when it went down last week, but I think this class will stick with me.  The way you work through the processes and show tips, tricks and habits, helped me in a way I can’t explain, except I tried and understood them.  When the class went down, I decided to proceed and finish with the first winter birch we were working on.  I liked how the sky and distant mountains turned out, but somehow messed up the main birch on the left and liked it less after trying to fix it, but overall like the perspective.

I then decided to try a final painting on my own, using the knowledge gained from the class thus far and my thumbnails etc., as a guide.  It didn’t quite turn out loose but I really like how it has an emerging evening in the forest kind of vibe with good values.  I changed it to mono to see how the value turned out as well.
