One of my all time favorite paintings, I absolutely adore Gerard Ashcroft, it just doesn’t get any better than his teaching and style and skill, I just can’t say enough good things about him! Take this lesson if you want to have an enjoyable experience and come away with something special and lovely that you can keep or give away. I’ve actually done this twice, and I might do it again! It’s amazing to see the difference, I’ll have to find the old one I did 4 years ago and post it here. Thank you, Gerard! *I used professional quality paint, Golden mostly, some soho and liquitex possible, and I did it on a a gessoed 7/8” panel board, taped off a boarder, and I just can’t tell you how much I adore this piece!
