Lemon Pound Cake 

This is star recipe amongst all in the class. The yummiest cake I honestly baked so far and plus it’s so easy to make as well! Thank you Chef Shub! 

 

Orange Chiffon Cake

My cake exploded the cake pan (I should have poured the batter in bigger cake pan) but thanks to god I have another sheet pan below which caught all the spillage. I cut the corners in circular shape and nobody can tell. Ultimately what matters the cake was super moist, spongy and orangy! Thanks Chef Shub! Will try with other citrus fruits too

 

These muffins were so moist and yummy. Made raspberry, blueberries, walnuts and chocolate muffins.
