Repeat pattern of citrus slices and wedges. I started with orange and somehow wound up with more lime and lemon than orange, but I think it turned out well. I used blending modes to add the texture to the pulp and peel to give added interest without overcomplicating with details. Here is a 2x2 block as well as the pattern on a tote bag mockup.
