I used Vibrance to add some more color to the pic overall. I masked the sky and decreased the brightness. I also masked the trees and water to decrease the brightness and increase contrast. I masked the water and used Color Balance to increase the red and yellow by 10%. Finally, I cropped the picture to bring the trees closer to the foreground.
