I messed up on my sunflower.  I forgot to lighten my pencil sketch lines before painting and could not get them to erase after my paint dried.  I thought about starting over but I liked my sketch and had already put in a lot of effort into the painting, so I decided to use a fine line pen for details and shadowing in an effort to hide the pencil lines.  I have done very little ink and watercolor mixed media but I would like to do more.  I think the technique salvaged my painting and I kind of like it.
