First rustic omelette - student project

I think I did pretty good for a first try, maybe just a bit too runny. I added fresh basil to the egg mixture, some vegan cheese while cooking, and a bit of fresh parsley for finishing. The technique with the spatula in the pan is a real game changer to achieve that moist and creamy texture inside the omelette, I will definitely do it again!
