Hi Albanis,  Thank you so much for sharing your work!  Overall, I think you have some nice areas in the features of the painting that are working well, but then some kind of got away from you. For me, the eyes are the strongest aspect of the portrait and how you kept their alignment and how they tie in with the forhead.  The nose and mouth maybe got a little tricky as there was a lot going on in those areas with the reference too.  I think the best piece of advice I could give you would to really dial in the initial drawing before the painting, so that by the time you start painting things in, you're really just filling your drawing, almost like a paint-by-number.  Of course, take that for what it is, as you very well could have spent a good time on the drawing before painting. I'd recommend trying another portrait though as I think you're off to a good start with gouache!

Thank you so much for the feedback, I really aprreciate it, this was some kind of test the gouache and portraits, it was a really great excersice to know how it works but as you say I need to spend time drawing before painting.

I did not expect to have this result, I'm quite content with how it turned out. mThe way you explain makes you an AWESOME teacher and hope you that in the future you have a more specific class about painting a portrait with gouache but with color.
