I've done some simple sewing before (repairing, hemming, etc.) but I got the impulse to try and make my own mask. First one was great, and I already have some learnings.

I like the side to fit tighter on the bottom outer sides, so I trimmed my pattern for the next version. I wanted to add a nose wire to keep it around my nose (glasses) and I tried two ways. The second way worked, but the wire isn't centered. Lastly, the ear ties I sewed in so close to the extra fabric, so on some sides it's coming out of the corner and not the side. 

Great class! I had no idea how to bring this all together and the steps were clear and easy to follow (even if I did use the fabric upside down!). Excited to see my improvements in my second mask.
