Hello Marie! I have just updated my project, it was the sicilian style. I also added the picture and comments of the Dark Chocolate Gelato. Have you tried a Milk Chocolate Gelato (or less dark than this recipe)?

I could finally make the recipe for "Sicilian Style Gelato" with my ice cream maker:
I decided to go just with the base, or what is known as "Fior di latte", because I'm looking for my favorite base, so I made this one and a couple of other recipes from some books I bought, and let me tell you that THIS IS A&nbsp;WINNER!&nbsp;
