Experimenting with ink
I'll be honest, this project was really hard for me ! ^^
This was the first time with ink and I discovered trought this class that I was so afraid. Afraid of doing wrong and way too atached to the final result.

I made those during Isa's course and I ended up not liking them at all.
They were not catchy to me and I was frustrated.
I put them away and when I looked at them few hours later I started to see some interesting details and textures.

This is when I realized I really needed to let go and have fun and stop putting so much pressure on myself or my painting.
And that sometimes taking a step backward can be good!
I took some times and tried it again two days later, with just what I remembered from Isa's class, some ink and watercolors.
I let the paper dry and when i looked at it again few hours later I saw a cavern with stalactites and stone columns and it really spoke to me.
So I took a uni-pan and just draw a little silhouette, wandering around.

I really love it !
Thank you Isa, your class has been interesting, inspiring and really helpful. I ended up learning as much about myself than about ink! :)
