I created a version of the Sales Reps sheet, including information such as the rep IDs, names, regions, sales groups, monthly commission, and new commission if a target has been reached. Under that, using a VLOOKUP function, a representative's ID can be entered to show their name and what their new commission is. I've also added a pivot table that simply takes the representative names and shows their new monthly commission along with a bar chart that clearly displays the current standings. It can also be filtered by region.

I only have the web version, so I haven't been able to add more features only accessible in the app version.
